About us
50+ years of trusted cleaning expertise
As a local, owner-operated business serving the Phoenix area since 1971, you can trust us to keep your space clean and professional. We go beyond cleaning, focusing on the details that make a difference.
Who we areOwner-operated, hands-on, truly different
Kunz Janitorial is owned and operated by Chris Spangler, who personally manages every aspect of the business. Unlike companies where the owner is a name on the letterhead, Chris is hands-on and directly invested in the quality of the work in every building. Guided by integrity and a commitment to service, Kunz delivers cleaning that keeps your facility spotless, healthy, and welcoming.
Kunz has cleaned commercial buildings in the Phoenix area since 1971. That is over five decades in a single market, through every growth cycle and downturn the valley has been through. Very few janitorial companies in Arizona can say the same, and it is the reason a lot of Kunz accounts have been Kunz accounts for a very long time.
