The Kunz Family has been cleaning in the Arizona area since 1971, when Paul and Judy Kunz moved from the Los Angeles area. They began cleaning Malls for a local Arizona Developer, that expanded into Banks, Office Buildings, and eventually parking lot sweeping and a pressure washing company. In 1986, Jeffrey Kunz, current CEO and son of Paul, began cleaning commercial buildings in the Phoenix area and eventually started another location in Oklahoma, where we also operate. Kunz Janitorial is a third generation business with Jeffrey Kunz as CEO, Melissa Kunz as Vice President, and with sons Anthony, Michael and Alexander managing the current day to day operations. We believe in God, family and exceeding the expectations of our customers.

Supervisors check on building nightly and make sure the alarms are set and doors are locked up tight. They also make sure the property is properly cleaned and that all toiletries are stocked. If paper products are low they put in the order for more. They report to us daily and check in with the customers to make sure things are to the customer’s satisfaction.

All Kunz Janitorial employees are security checked for our customer’s safety and to make sure they are legal to work in the U.S. Our employees are trained by our supervisors to have an eye for even the smallest details.
